Returns
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to accept your return within 30 days after your purchase has arrived for either a full refund or an exchange.
For a return to be valid, your item should be in its original condition, unworn or unused, attached with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.
Damage and Issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly examine it carefully. If you come across any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us promptly. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
There are certain item categories that are ineligible for returns, such as custom products (including special orders or personalised items). If you have any inquiries or doubts regarding your specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
We exclusively provide replacements for items that are either defective, damaged, or in the incorrect size. Please specify if you require an exchange for the same item when you contact us.
Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the address provided in the email instructions.
The shipping cost for returns of damaged/defective items is always free.
In all the other case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.
Refunds
After we receive and examine your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval status for your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time required for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund processing and posting may vary.
