How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?

All of our products are meticulously handcrafted in small batches. This approach allows us to prioritise sustainability and uphold a zero-waste policy while ensuring the distinctiveness of every item, tailored exclusively for you. We understand the frustration of eagerly anticipating a beloved product. Therefore, MirnaCrafts products are categorised into two groups:

  • IN STOCK: these products are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. They will be dispatched within 3 working days from your order.
  • MADE TO ORDER: we will create these products exclusively for you. Shipping times will vary, ranging from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the product and the specific crafting techniques used.

Please be aware that the delivery timeframe may vary based on your location and could potentially exceed the anticipated schedule due to factors such as an incorrect address, or unforeseen circumstances.

After your order has been prepared for shipping, you can expect to receive an email containing tracking details for your package.If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

For all orders over 60 € the shipping is FREE IN EUROPE.

For orders below 60 €, the shipping cost varies according to your location, in accordance with the following flat shipping rates:

  • Germany: 5,99 €
  • Rest of the EU: 12,99 €

Where do my products ship from?

Our small business is located in Germany, therefore all our products ship from Germany. Estimated shipping times can be found on the product page.

Within the European Union, all shipments are processed on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all applicable import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

In the event of a lost shipment, MirnaCrafts does not bear responsibility for the associated costs. This matter should be addressed directly with the carrier.

Notes

Products in stock will be shipped within three working days from the order.

Products to be crafted will be shipped within a time between one and three weeks from the order.

Orders placed after 4pm CET on Friday will process the following Monday.

Our couriers do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
